The core R&D personnel of the research institute are all from top domestic enterprises, with more than ten years of experience in research and production manufacturing, and master industry-leading technologies. The R&D team consists of 89 people, including 6 doctors and 27 masters, with an average age of less than 30 years old. The team is highly innovative.

The company has a 3000 square meter battery research and development center, which has developed 230Ah/324Ah power battery cells with high safety, long lifespan, and high specific energy, as well as 280Ah/314Ah energy storage battery cells.

Yuanhang Jinli Research Institute has established multiple laboratories: physical and chemical laboratory, failure analysis laboratory, battery testing laboratory, equipped with the most advanced physical and chemical analysis, electrochemical analysis, thermal analysis, electrical performance testing, reliability testing, thermal safety testing, mechanical safety testing and other instrument equipment, providing support for material evaluation, design verification, failure analysis, performance and life prediction, meeting the requirements from materials, to battery cells, to modules Test and verify requirements at the system level, ensuring product safety and reliability from multiple dimensions.
