Job requirements：

[Job Responsibilities]
   1. Responsible for the design, development, validation, and cost control of mechanical components for battery cells;
   2. Responsible for reliability evaluation and method development, testing and verification of battery cell structural components and various components;
   3. Responsible for research and development of new structural mechanisms;
   4. Responsible for the normal operation of the battery cell mechanical structure laboratory;
   5. Development of new testing methods and testing fixtures;
   6. Measurement of dimensions, functional verification, and reliability verification of mechanical components for each battery cell;
   7. Assist IQC in conducting incoming inspection of mechanical components.

[Job Requirements]
   1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, mechanical electronics, electronic technology, mechatronics integration, etc., with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience;
   2. Priority given to those with experience in mold and equipment development;
   3. Familiar with 3D drawing software such as PROE/CATIA/CAD, and familiar with simulation work;
   4. Strong execution ability, able to endure hardships and have innovative thinking.
