   1. Installation and commissioning of equipment for the new production line of lithium batteries.
   2. Responsible for improving equipment capabilities, enhancing equipment OEE, enhancing equipment MTBF capabilities, and reducing equipment MTTR;
   3. Responsible for assisting in the analysis, resolution, and summarization of faults, forming an equipment knowledge base;
   4. Responsible for assisting in the optimization and renovation of process equipment, improving equipment efficiency, and reducing equipment failure rates;
   5. Equipment operation instructions and other file editing work
   6. Skills and safety education and training for subordinates
   7. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

[Job Requirements]
   1. College or undergraduate degree, majoring in mechanical automation and electrical automation
   2. Has good repair skills, is ambitious, and has a certain level of pressure resistance. Can accept a two shift work schedule system.
   3. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the lithium battery industry
   4. Familiar with electrical, mechanical and other related knowledge, familiar with the comprehensive application of touch screens, PLCs, and industrial computers
   5. Experience in the lithium battery industry, including mixing/coating/winding/welding/liquid injection/formation/mold, is preferred.
   6. Familiar with using office software such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc
   7. Can use CAD and Solidworks drawing software
