   1. Identify possible failure modes during the production process and output effective control methods, and develop process product specifications;
   2. Participate in new product development, responsible for evaluating product manufacturability and mass production introduction;
   3. Responsible for the manufacturability verification of new processes, new materials, newly constructed cables, and new equipment during the mass production stage;
   4. Responsible for updating and maintaining production related documents (such as BOM, CP, FMEA, PFC, etc.);
   5. Participate in customer audits to improve customer satisfaction.

[Job requirements]
   1. Bachelor's degree in electrochemistry, automation, mechanical and electrical engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in the automation assembly industry for lithium batteries or large-scale production;
   2. Proficient in the overall process of lithium batteries before and after, and understand the core control of each process.
   3. Familiar with the automation control and application development of mechanical equipment.
