[Job Responsibilities]
1. Establish a Six Sigma management system for the company, develop and implement relevant management systems, guide and support the operations team to improve their skills and achieve KPI targets;
2. Identify Six Sigma projects that support company level strategic deployment and develop project plans;
3. Develop Six Sigma training materials and implement training plans;
4. Organize Six Sigma improvement activities to cultivate talents;
5. Assist new students in completing Six Sigma improvement projects and enhance the overall Six Sigma management level of all staff;
6. According to the Lean Tool Expert Certification Process, certify new Six Sigma trainees;
7. Lead major Six Sigma improvement projects to promote the achievement of company performance indicators;
8. Provide Six Sigma training and guidance to external partners/clients;
9. Regularly organize company level Six Sigma improvement project evaluation activities;
10. Regularly evaluate the maturity of the company's Six Sigma management system and develop improvement plans.
[Qualification]
1. Teamwork: Must be able to lead cross departmental improvement activities;
2. Communication skills: able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different teams and stakeholders;
3. Personal influence: Must be able to convince new members of Six Sigma thinking and persuade others to use Six Sigma tools to implement improvements;
4. Execution ability: It is necessary to implement improvements and ensure sustainability through good preparation, solid execution, and daily management; 5. Stress resistance: Not afraid of difficulties, positive and upward, able to quickly adjust mindset when encountering setbacks.
[Work Experience]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to graduate students;
2. More than 8 years of experience in Six Sigma in the manufacturing industry, leading/guiding Six Sigma improvement activities, and obtaining Six Sigma Black Belt certification;
3. Excellent project management skills, leadership, and strong data analysis skills;
4. Strong teamwork skills, using statistical analysis tools such as Minitab;
5. Excellent presentation/training skills;
6. Time management and project management.
