   1. Budget control: including overall budget formulation, tracking and analyzing the budget execution process, and promoting the improvement of abnormal budget execution;
   2. Construction of Business Data System: Establish a business data system, including revenue, cost, and profit. Build a comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly data monitoring system from results, core process indicators, hierarchical indicators, and different organizational granularities, including data monitoring output, early warning mechanism construction, process improvement promotion, and reward and punishment mechanism closed-loop;
   3. Improvement promotion: Develop and optimize cost and profit improvement plans, promote the implementation and closed-loop of plans in various regions; Including cost improvement, efficiency improvement, negative gross profit customer sorting and improvement for different subjects;
   4. Special analysis: Mining and analyzing abnormal income, cost, and profit data, outputting improvement suggestions, and promoting improvement;
   5. Business support: Establish and continuously update pricing calculation templates for the business unit, and provide data support for the pricing work of the business unit;
   6. Decision support: Pay attention to industry development, analyze industry trends, monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual business operations, and provide feasible suggestions.
