   4. Responsible for organizing and resolving quality issues in the production process, analyzing and improving issues, and tracking their effectiveness. Has the right to suspend production lines;
   5. Responsible for investigating, analyzing, and handling quality accidents;
   6. Responsible for organizing the analysis and improvement of customer quality issues, as well as tracking their effectiveness;
   7. Regularly organize quality weekly and monthly meetings within the department to promote quality improvement;
   8. Coordinate and assist in the implementation of quality improvement/enhancement projects;
   9. Actively participate in safety education and training, emergency drills organized by our department and the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection, and eliminate the phenomenon of "illegal command, illegal operation, and violation of labor discipline" in our positions;

[Job Requirements]
   1. Education level: College degree or above
   2. Professional requirements: Science and engineering (such as chemistry, chemical engineering, machinery, electronics, vehicle engineering, etc.)
   3. Work experience: More than 5 years of experience as a process quality engineer, with priority given to quality experience in the lithium battery industry
   4. Other: Proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, upright attitude, and strong team spirit; Strong logical thinking, analytical and organizational skills, able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure, and strong execution ability.

[Professional Knowledge]
   1. Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO9000, VDA6.3 and other related quality systems;
   2. Proficient in using core tools in the automotive industry (MSA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC);
   3. Familiar with the production process and key quality control points of lithium-ion power batteries;
   4. Proficient in using quality tools such as 6-Sigma, Minitab, and 8D;
   5. Having keen insight, internal and external communication, organizational and coordination skills, leadership and decision-making abilities;
   6. Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Woed, and PPT.
